Overview of the Letter Generator

The Letter Generator in Control Centre allows you to automatically generate copies of letters for the clients that you specify. The Letter Generator works in conjunction with Microsoft Word to achieve this. If you do not have Microsoft Word, the Letter Generator will produce a merge file containing the fields that you specify, for the clients that you select. You can then use this merge file to insert client data into a letter that you create using a different word processor.
