Report Settings

This window appears immediately after you choose to preview an Archived report in the Select Report Typewindow.

Clients are included in a report based on certain criteria. This may be whether certain dates have been set or not set for a client, as in Self-Assessment reports. Or it may be if certain types of annual data exist for that client e.g if they have bank or building society interest.

The Report Settings window allows you to refine the criteria used to select clients for a specific report. It also allows you to specify in what order the clients will appear on the report.

Interest

When you have entered the necessary information into this window, select the OK button to preview the report.
