Creating a new Date type

The Add New Date Wizard guides you through the process of creating a new Date type, to which date values can be assigned.

Choose this icon from the available options in the Client Attributes section of the Client Navigator. The wizard instructs you that you are about to create a new Date description. Select Next to begin. You are asked to select one or more Client types that the Date type will apply to, a Period type that the Date type will be associated with and to Enter a name for the Date type. These are explained in the Wizards section of Key concepts of Control Centre.
