Yes, display a reminder... days prior - You can choose to display a reminder which Control Centre displays so many days before the date that you have set. Choose the number of days that the reminder will appear before the date using the spin-edit box.

No - Choose this if you do not want a reminder to be displayed.

You have now created a new Date type. The wizard instructs you to select Finish to complete the task, or you can select Cancel to abandon the creation of the date type.
