Submitting Returns Overview

Sage Taxation offers two methods of submitting the client's Tax Return.

• By Paper

The Return is printed and filed in the usual way.

• By Internet

The Return is submitted via HM Revenue & Customs' website. The client must be registered within Main Details as eligible for Filing by Internet. Also, the Practice must be registered for FBI with HM Revenue & Customs and have an email address entered in Control Centre.

With Filing by Internet, Personal Tax is used to prepare each clients' return for submission, validate it, and print a copy for reference. The actual submission is then carried out in Control Centre. You can use Control Centre to submit multiple Returns.
