Print the Return

This topic explains how to print a draft copy of the Return. To print a final copy of the Return for paper submission, please read filing a Return by paper.

A Return or Report can be printed using Current Working Figures or any copies of figures that you have generated. 

In the case of Tax Returns and Tax calculations, you can choose to print the main form, the complete Return, specific pages, all even or all odd pages. You can also specify the number of copies to be printed.

To print a draft Return:

1. In the Navigator, double-click the set of figures containing the Return or report you want to print. Show me

   

2. The Tax Return Viewer appears.
3. Click Print on the toolbar.

4. Choose your print options then click Print.

   Main Return

   Prints the main SA100 Return.

   Specific pages

   Specify which pages you want to print by selecting this option and entering the page numbers in the Pages box. Separate each page number with a comma. You may also enter a range of pages i.e 5-7. Entering 1,2,3,6-8 in the Pages box would print page 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8.

   Odd pages

   Prints all odd numbered pages.

   Even pages

   Prints all even numbered pages.

   Whole Tax Return

   Prints the SA100 and all accompanying schedules
