New Report Wizard Step 3

This stage of the wizard enables you to decide how the information you have selected to show on your report is sorted and suppressed.  Click here to see an example of the New Report Wizard Step 3 screen.

You can sort your data down to 3 levels. Select the drop down arrow to the right of each box to make a selection. The options available within these boxes will be determined by the choices you made in step 1 of the wizard.

For each choice you make you can decide whether to have the data sorted in an ascending or descending order by selecting the options under each box.

You can also choose to suppress values that are repeated within the report. Choose these options in the same way as you choose the sort order.

Once you are happy with your selections click Next to continue with Summary of the wizard.
