New Report Wizard Summary

You will then be shown a summary screen detailing the choices you have made defining your report. Click here to see an example of the New Report Wizard Summary screen.

 If you are not happy with any of the choices you have made you can click Back to move back through the screens and alter your selections.

Once you have reached this stage and you are happy with your selections you have two options: Save & Design or Save & Preview.

Save & Design - Selecting this option and then clicking Finish will show your report in Design view, which will allow you to amend the layout of the report. See the Report Designer section for more details on amending the layout of your report.

Save & Preview - Selecting this option will show your report without any refinement to the layout. The report data will be shown in the order you created it on Step 1 of the Report Generator wizard.  If you wish to review the design of your report, return to the Select Report Type screen, highlight your report which will be available in the Custom Report folder and select Modify. Click Next until you reach the final page of the wizard, then select Save & Design and the Report Design screen will be displayed.

Your report is then complete.
