Change the Alignment of Text

Text can be aligned either to the left, to the right or in the centre of the element's frame. The frame defines the rectangular area occupied by the element. This is indicated by the six small squares which surround the element when it is selected. The frame can be resized if you wish.

Alignment settings are especially useful when placing data fields. A single data field on the report design is replaced by a column of data, with one entry for each client in the report. Setting the alignment will make sure that all items of data for that field will be correctly lined up in the final report.
