E-mail Error Log to Software Support

If you receive errors within the Action Log that you are unable to resolve, you may wish to send the error log to Sage Software Support who will be able to investigate the issues further and assist you in resolving the problems you are having.

To send an e-mail to Support

  1. Click the E-mail Support button from the Action Log toolbar.
  2. Enter your Sage Account Number, contact telephone number and your message.
  3. Click OK. The currently displayed error log will be sent to Software Support who will investigate and contact you.
