What is a Yes or No?

A Yes or No is a way of differentiating between clients in Control Centre by posing the question "Yes or No?". There are two stages in the creation of a Yes or No:

You create a Yes or No category and assign it to your clients via the Add Yes or No wizard...

then you fill in the details for any client that it has been assigned to using the Yes or No form.

Example

You could create the Yes or No category Payments up to date?, apply it to all clients who are Individuals, choose Fixed as the period type and make Unknown the default value. Mr. Paul Barton, an individual, now has the Yes or No category Payments up to date? available when Fixed is selected in the Show for box. When you first open the Yes or No form the default value is Unknown. You decide to change it to Yes because Mr. Barton's payments are up to date.
