Assigning a Yes or No to clients

Choose this icon from the available options in the Client Attributes section of the Client Navigator. Send newsletter? is the name of this particular Yes or no category. A form appears which has one page:

'Yes or no' type - The name of the Yes or no type is displayed here. You cannot change this.

Client - This is the name of the currently selected client. You cannot change this.

Period - This is the name of the period type, which you selected on the Period type page of the Add yes or no wizard. You cannot change this.

Set to

The currently selected value for the Yes or no category is displayed in the options box. You can change the value for the currently selected client. There are four options:

• Default(...)

  This is what the category defaults to when no other value is selected. You initially set this on the Default page of the Add yes or no wizard. You can change this on the Default page of Yes or no properties.

• Yes
• No
• Unknown

Note: You can only change an existing Yes or No if your access rights are set to Modify only, Add and modify or Delete, add and modify.
