Manage your account

You can manage your account from the Manage My Profile and manage Business Management pages. In the upper right-hand corner, select:

  • The profile icon and then My Profile to open the Manage My Profile page.

or

  • Your company name and then Manage Business Account to open the Business Management page.

Changing your email address

The Manage My Profile page displays your email address in a read-only field. This is the same email address you used when you created your account. It is unique to your account and where Sage sends your billing and other communications and cannot be changed.

Note:

If you mistyped your email address or must change it, create a new account using the correct email address and then contact Support to have your billing switched to the new account.

Changing the email address on invoices

By default, the email address that displays on the Manage My Profile page is included with your business details when you send invoices. However, you can change the email address by changing your email default settings.

Changing your name or password

Go to the Manage My Profile page and then edit your name as needed or select Change my password.

Changing your business information

Go to the Business Management page to update your business name, address, web site address, and phone numbers.

Installing apps

Go to the Business Management page, select the Apps and connections tab, and then Visit Sage Marketplace to browse the apps you can install and use with ProductName.
