If you print reports you need to make sure that pop-ups aren’t blocked by your internet browser. This can apply to all reports including your invoices, credit notes, quotes and payslips.
If you prefer to keep your pop-up blocker turned on for added security, you can leave it on but configure it to allow pop-ups from Sage.
For more information about how to allow pop-ups in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, please see the relevant sections below. If you’re using any other internet browser, please refer to your browser help system.
- On the menu bar, click Tools.
If Tools isn’t available, press the Alt button on your keyboard to display the Internet Explorer menu bar. Then repeat step 1.
- Click Internet Options, then click the Privacy tab.
- Under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box then select OK.
- In the Address of website to allow box, type https://pre-accounts-extra.sageone.com
- Click Add, then click Close and OK.
The next time you try to print a report, it opens in a new tab and you can print it as normal.
- Click the menu icon, then click Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- Under Privacy, click Content settings.
- Under Pop-ups, click Manage exceptions
- Under Hostname pattern, type https://pre-accounts-extra.sageone.com
- Under Behaviour, click Allow.
- Click Finished then click Finished again.
The next time you select to print a report, it opens in a new window and you can print it as normal.
- On the menu bar, click Tools.
If Tools isn’t available, press the Alt button on your keyboard to display the Mozilla Firefox menu bar. Then repeat step 1.
- Click Options, then click the Contents tab.
Under Pop-ups, click Exceptions.
If Exceptions isn’t available, pop-ups are already enabled from all websites.
In the Address of website box, type in https://pre-accounts-extra.sageone.com
- Click Allow, then click Save Changes.
The next time you select to print a report, it opens in a new tab and you can print it as normal.
- On the menu bar, click Safari.
- Click Preferences, then click the Security tab.
- Under Web Content, clear the Block pop-up windows check box.
It’s not possible to configure exceptions for pop-up windows on Safari. You can either switch it on or off.
