Troubleshoot error messages
The following are examples of generic error messages that can occur for a variety of reasons.
- Error: "Please contact our support team by email at or give us a call at..."
- Error while logging in: "Failed to authenticate with SSO" at the bottom of the screen.
- Error: "Something went wrong while signing in."
- URL shows …blocked
To resolve the error, try the following:
- Click Continue and try logging in again.
- Verify that your username and password are correct.
- If you use or linked your Google Account, try the blue Google ID button to log in.
- Clear your browser history and cookies.
- You may be using an old login link.
- If your account was locked when trying to change your password, wait 30 minutes and try again or contact Support.
- Your account is locked. Contact Support.
- If none of these apply to you, contact Support.
