Troubleshoot error messages

The following are examples of generic error messages that can occur for a variety of reasons.

  • Error: "Please contact our support team by email at or give us a call at..."
  • Error while logging in: "Failed to authenticate with SSO" at the bottom of the screen.
  • Error: "Something went wrong while signing in."
  • URL shows …blocked

To resolve the error, try the following:

  • Click Continue and try logging in again.
  • Verify that your username and password are correct.
  • If you use or linked your Google Account, try the blue Google ID button to log in.
  • Clear your browser history and cookies.
  • You may be using an old login link.
  • If your account was locked when trying to change your password, wait 30 minutes and try again or contact Support.
  • Your account is locked. Contact Support.
  • If none of these apply to you, contact Support.
