Refreshing a bank feed
We regularly check with your bank for new transactions. When we find some, we download them automatically and show them on the Incoming Bank Transactions page. The last time your bank was checked for transactions displays at the top of the page. There may be times when transactions show on your bank statement but have not yet been downloaded.
When your bank sends us transactions
Download frequencies
If you’re connected to a direct bank (indicated by a Direct label under the bank name on the Incoming Bank Transactions page), bank transactions may be downloaded on different schedules. For example, some banks send transactions daily while others may only send them Monday-Friday. For indirect banks, yesterday's transactions are downloaded today.
Haven’t had new transactions for more than 5 days?
Check whether you need to re-enter your bank credentials. When you do, this message shows at the top of the page.
Some bank feeds required that you re-enter your credentials every 90 days for additional security.
