Change your email address

The email address you sign up with is unique to your account and where Sage sends account communications. For these reasons, you cannot change it and it cannot be changed by Support. If you mistyped your email address or must change it, create a new account using the correct email address and then contact Support to have your billing switched to the new account.

Changing your email address on invoices

By default, the email address you signed up with is included with your business details when you send invoices. However, you can change the email address on invoices by changing your email default settings.
