View completed bank reconciliation
This explains how to find out which transactions were included in previous bank reconciliations.
Find previous bank reconciliations on your bank record from the Reconciliation tab.
Reconciliation list
-
From Banking, open the relevant bank account
-
Select the Reconciliations tab.
This shows a list of all completed bank reconciliations, in the order they were completed.
From here you can see the starting and closing balance for each reconciliation.
How we calculate the starting balance
Each time you start a new bank reconciliation we add up all reconciled transactions. This makes up the Starting Balance.
The Starting Balance is always the total value of all reconciled transactions, up to the statement date. It is not the end balance from your last reconciliation.
When you delete or edit a reconciled transaction, we update the starting balance the next time you reconcile.
