Back up data
With Cloud software like Accounting Start all your data is automatically backed up for you and stored on our secure servers, so there is no need for a function to create a local backup in this application.
To create a local copy of your data instead of a traditional back up, you can export it in several different ways and save the files for later:
- Automatically save a copy of your invoices and credit notes in your Google Drive account.
- Export reports as CSV files for all transactions.
- Export your Chart of Accounts.
- Check the Audit Trail Report. This provide details of all transactions entered into Accounting Start, including deleted transactions.
