Companies house submission errors and rejections

To try filing online again, make any required changes to the set of accounts and then generate the iXBRL file from within Final Accounts.

Authorisation failure

There has been a problem with some of the credentials entered whilst making the submission.

If you see all these messages together then it could mean that the Balance Sheet or Statement of Financial Position has not been included in your submission.

Please check the Companies House report in Final Accounts.

11783 The company name you have supplied in your submission does not match the company name in your accounts.

These two submission rejection messages are often seen together.

Please check the company name throughout Final Accounts and make sure that it matches exactly what is on record at Companies House.
2313 The company name you have supplied do not match our records. Please check your certificate of incorporation to confirm the correct name.
3082 A set of accounts for this accounting period has already been received and accepted for filing at Companies House. It would appear that this is a duplicate set.

Please check Companies House to confirm the successful submission.
