Pop-ups blocked when printing

If you print reports you need to make sure that pop-ups aren’t blocked by your internet browser. This can apply to all reports including your invoices, credit notes, quotes and payslips.

If you prefer to keep your pop-up blocker turned on for added security, you can leave it on but configure it to allow pop-ups from Sage.

For more information about how to allow pop-ups in Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari and Mozilla Firefox, please see the relevant sections below. If you’re using any other internet browser, please refer to your browser help system.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the menu (ellipsis) icon, then click Settings, then Business Settings.
  1. Click Cookies and site permissions, then click the Pop-ups and redirects tab.
  2. Under Allow, click Add.
  1. In the Add a site box, type https://accounts-extra.sageone.com.
  2. Click Add.

The next time you try to print a report, it opens in a new tab and you can print it as normal.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu (ellipsis) icon, then click Settings, then Business Settings.
  2. Click Security and Privacy, then click Site settings.
  3. Under Content, click Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add then type https://accounts-extra.sageone.com.
  5. Click Add.

The next time you select to print a report, it opens in a new window and you can print it as normal.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu (ellipsis) icon, then click Settings, then Business Settings.
If Tools isn’t available, press the Alt button on your keyboard to display the Mozilla Firefox menu bar. Then repeat step 1.
  1. Click Privacy & Security, then click the Exceptions button next to Block pop-up windows.
If Exceptions isn’t available, pop-ups are already enabled from all websites.

In the Address of website box, type in https://accounts-extra.sageone.com.

  1. Click Allow, then click Save Changes.

The next time you select to print a report, it opens in a new tab and you can print it as normal.

Safari

  1. On the menu bar, click Safari.
  2. Click Preferences, then click the Websites tab.
  3. Under General, click Pop-up windows.
  4. Locate https://accounts-extra.sageone.com in the list of websites, then choose Allow.

The next time you select to print a report, it opens in a new tab and you can print it as normal.
