Change your payment details
Changing your direct debit details is quick and easy. You don’t need to cancel your previous direct debit. We will do this automatically when you enter your new details. To change your direct debit:
- Select the Payment Method tab.
- Select Manage My Payment Methods.
- Select Direct Debit then Create New Direct Debit.
- Enter payment details as required and click Continue.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Finish.
You have successfully updated your payment details, click the product name at the top of the screen to return to the program.
- Select Change Payment Details.
- Select Credit/Debit Card or Direct Debit.
- Enter payment details as required.
- Select Change Payment details.
- You will see a confirmation that your details have been updated, click Back To Business Management.

Why is my Business Account blocked?
In some cases, access to your business account may be blocked due to issues with your payment. If you see the message saying your account is blocked, please check the following information.
If you cancelled your account but need to activate it again, please contact us on 0191 479 5911 (UK) or 01 447 0811 (ROI). Once your account is reinstated, billing starts again from the day we unblock your account.
Depending on the situation, you may need to call is to make a payment or help you set up a new payment method.
Between Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, call us on 0191 479 5911 (UK) or 01 447 0811 (ROI) and select option 4.
If you need urgent access to your account outside of these hours, call the numbers above and select options 1 or 2 to speak to our support team, who may be able to reinstate one-time access for one working day.
This message may appear because your accountant has blocked access to your account, or because your accountant has issues with their payment to us. We recommend you speak to your accountant to clarify and they can contact us for further help if required.
