Troubleshoot Printing
If the printed copy of the Return does not appear as you would expect, the Troubleshooting page of the Print window may be able to resolve the problem.
- In the Print window, open the Troubleshooting page.
For information on accessing the Print window, see Printing Returns and Reports.
- Tick the box next to the description which most closely matches the problem that you are having.
- Click Ok and try printing again.
