Troubleshoot Printing

If the printed copy of the Return does not appear as you would expect, the Troubleshooting page of the Print window may be able to resolve the problem.

  1. In the Print window, open the Troubleshooting page.

For information on accessing the Print window, see Printing Returns and Reports.

  1. Tick the box next to the description which most closely matches the problem that you are having.
  2. Click Ok and try printing again.
