Option Description
Tax Return

Choose from: 

  • Specific pages - This option refers to the currently selected schedule in the tax return viewer.
  • Specify which pages you want to print by selecting this option and entering the page numbers in the Pages box. Separate each page number with a comma. You may also enter a range of pages i.e 5-7. Entering 1,2,3,6-8 in the Pages box would print page 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8.

  • Current form
  • Whole tax return - Prints the SA100 and all accompanying schedules
  • Include Tax calculation summary (SA110)
  • This will be available when the Whole Tax Return option is selected.

Data schedules This option is only available when you have produced the schedules in Personal Tax.
Tax calculation Prints the Tax calculation as a single PDF.
Preview This will open all the selected items as a single PDF.
Email

This will create an email (using your default email software) with the client's email in the To: box. You can enter the client's email address in Personal Details > Main Details > Contact > E-mail.

A single PDF of all selected items will be attached to the email.

Save as PDF

A Save As window appears allowing you to choose the name and save location for the PDF. The default name will be in the format of

Client code - TaxYear - Tax Documents.pdf

Include appendices

If you have chosen to print the Tax calculation but do not want the appendices to also be printed, then untick this box.

The appendices provide additional information about the calculation of personal allowances, Class 4 National insurance Contributions and limits on tax relief.

This will be available when the Tax calculation option is selected.

This is only available from 2015 onwards.
