Data schedules

Data schedules are a transparent, easy-to-read way for you and your clients to see exactly what has been entered on their Tax Return. They offer a more detailed analysis of the client's income, outgoings, reliefs and allowances than the Return provides.

A single box which contains a total amount on the Return may be broken down into sections on the Data schedule, each one showing the individual figures that constitute that total amount.

You can use Data schedule to cross-reference and check exactly what has been entered on a particular client's Return. Your clients can do the same when you send a copy of the schedules to them with their Final Return. Any discrepancies by either party can be more easily and quickly identified using Data schedules.
