Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing problems when printing the Returns/Schedules, the options on this page may offer a solution. Tick the tickbox which best describes the problem that you are experiencing.

Another possible solution is to change the TrueType font of your printer:

  1. From the Start menu select Settings.
  2. Select Printers.
  3. Open the Properties page for the appropriate printer (press the menu mouse button when the printer is highlighted and select Properties or open the File menu and select Properties).
  4. Select the Fonts page.
  5. In the TrueType fonts section choose the Download TrueType fonts as bitmap soft fonts option.
  6. Select OK.

 

If none of the Troubleshooting options match your problem or the problems still persist after ticking the box(es) and/or changing the True type font please contact Sage Customer Services for advice.
