Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing problems when printing the Returns/Schedules, the options on this page may offer a solution. Tick the tickbox which best describes the problem that you are experiencing.
Another possible solution is to change the TrueType font of your printer:
- From the Start menu select Settings.
- Select Printers.
- Open the Properties page for the appropriate printer (press the menu mouse button when the printer is highlighted and select Properties or open the File menu and select Properties).
- Select the Fonts page.
- In the TrueType fonts section choose the Download TrueType fonts as bitmap soft fonts option.
- Select OK.
If none of the Troubleshooting options match your problem or the problems still persist after ticking the box(es) and/or changing the True type font please contact Sage Customer Services for advice.
