Questionnaire Pop-up Menu

You can access the pop-up menu in two ways:

• highlight the name of a folder in the Questionnaire and click the menu mouse button once
• highlight the name of a folder in the Questionnaire and press Shift and F10 at the same time. You can also press the Context Menu key. This is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the keyboard between the Windows and Control keys

It has the following options:

Include - Include the currently highlighted folder in the structure of the Annual Data Navigator. The box is ticked to indicate that the relevant folder is currently included. This option is not available if the folder is already included.

Exclude - Exclude the currently highlighted folder from the structure of the Annual Data Navigator. The box is unticked to indicate that the relevant folder is currently included. This option is not available if the folder is already excluded.

Include all - Include all of the folders in the structure of the Annual Data Navigator. All of the boxes in the Questionnaire window are ticked.

Exclude all - Exclude all of the folders from the structure of the Annual Data Navigator. All of the boxes in the Questionnaire window are unticked.
