New tax year created/updated - This is automatically updated whenever a new tax year is created via the Year Update option.

Latest assessment generated - This is automatically updated whenever a new Tax Return is generated.

Final assessment generated - This is automatically updated when the final Tax Return /Assessment for the client is generated.

Return sent to client for signature - This is automatically updated when the final assessment that is marked to be filed is printed out.

Authorisation to file received - Enter the date on which the client's signed Tax Return or authority to file was received. No Return can be filed electronically nor marked as filed until a date has been entered.
