In-line editing

You can change the name of any copy of the current working figures via in-line editing. You cannot change the description of the Current Working Figures Annual Data Navigator item.

1. 

Highlight the required item in the Annual Data Navigator. A dark background surrounds the name of the highlighted item.

2. There are two methods to change the item's name. Either hold down the select mouse button for a few seconds or press F2.
3. 

The name of the item can be edited when a box appears around it. Simply type in the new name and press Return; you do not have to press the Delete key.

4. 

The renamed item is now displayed in the Annual Data Navigator.

Note: You cannot enter a blank description of the copy of the current working figures; you must enter a name for the item.
