View Menu

This menu contains operations to change the way items are shown in the Annual Data Navigator and the appearance of other windows.

Arrange By - Select one of the following options:

• By name - View all low-level folders in the left-hand side of the Annual Data Navigator in alphabetical order. Low-level folders are folders that only contain forms e.g. Banks and building societies.

• By type - View the folders in the left-hand side of the Annual Data Navigator in a hierarchical order.

Trim - This option closes all the folders in the left hand tree view, where you haven't entered any information into the pages within them, leaving only pages with data on their forms visible.

Un-Trim - This option will open all the folders in the left hand tree view, so that all folders are visible, even those with no data entered into the pages within them.

Expand - Opens every folder in the Annual Data Navigator and displays every form that you have created.

Compress - Closes every folder and form in the Annual Data Navigator.

Refresh - Refreshes/updates all of the available data in the Annual Data Navigator. You can also press the F5 key to do this.

Toolbar - If this option shows a tick next to it, then the Main frame toolbar and its buttons will be displayed. If no tick is present then the toolbar will not be displayed. You can turn the display of the toolbar on and off by simply selecting this menu item.

Additional Information - Opens the Additional Information  window.

Statements of account - Displays all Statements of account for the currently selected client.
