ISIN code lookup

This International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) is a unique international code which identifies a securities issue. Each country has a national numbering agency which assigns ISIN numbers for securities in that country.

The ISIN code can be used to select the security required.

Click the second Lookup button on the data entry page to open the Security lookup window.

  • If you have already selected a company:
  • if only one security is available for the selected company, then this information will automatically populate the ISIN code and Security description boxes.
  • if more than one security is listed for the company selected, the ISIN code and Security description boxes will remain blank. Clicking the ISIN code lookup button will then list the securities available for the selected company. Highlight the required security and click Select. The ISIN code and Security description boxes will then be populated with the chosen information.
  • If you have not yet selected a company, clicking the ISIN code lookup button will show all companies with their ISIN codes and security descriptions. You can filter the view by entering all or part of the ISIN code if known. Click the Select button when you have chosen a security. The window will close and the Company name, ISIN code and security description boxes will all be populated with the chosen information.
