Personal tax settings

Option Description
Automatically mark data items in Personal Tax as complete once sufficient information has been entered

This will default to be selected.

Select this option to let the software set any data entry page to complete when you click OK or Apply, provided you've entered enough information to complete the relevant tax return entries. Completed items show a green tick in the navigator.

If you clear this option, you will need to manually set data entry forms to complete when you're satisfied you've entered enough information. You mark a data entry page as complete by selecting the Complete check box at the top of each page. Uncompleted items show with a red cross in the navigator.
