Annual Data Questionnaire Viewer Pop-up menu

Select the menu mouse button anywhere on-screen to open a pop-up menu which has the following options:

First page - Selects the first page of the ADQ. This is unavailable if you are already viewing the first page. You can also press Home to do this.

Previous page - Selects the page that is previous to the currently selected one. This is unavailable if there is no previous page available e.g. if Page 1 is the currently selected page. You can also press PgUp to do this.

Next page - Selects the page that is after the currently selected one. This is unavailable if there are no more pages available e.g. if Page 8 is the currently selected page and there are only eight available pages. You can also press PgDn to do this.

Last page - Selects the last page of the ADQ. This is unavailable if you are already viewing the last page. You can also press End to do this.

Zoom Report - offers the following options from a submenu:

• Increase - Zooms into the report, making text larger each time this option is selected. Ctrl+I will perform the same action.
• Decrease - Zooms out of the report, making text smaller each time this option is selected. Ctrl+U will perform the same action.
• Zoom to 100% - Increases the magnification of the currently selected page to 100%.
• Page width - Increases the magnification of the currently selected page so that the width of the page is displayed.
• Full page - Increases the magnification of the currently selected page so that the entire page is displayed.

 

Toolbar - Shows the Annual Data Questionnaire Viewer toolbar and its buttons as icons if ticked. If not ticked then the toolbar will not be displayed.
