Finding and correcting errors with the return

Partnership Tax can validate the client's tax return to check for errors and missing information. These validations are performed according to HM Revenue & Customs specifications. 

Once the return has been validated, any errors will be displayed on a Validations pane. You can click on an error to navigate directly to the area on the tax return and make any necessary amendments.

Some of your clients' returns may be affected by HMRC Special Cases and Exclusions which may prevent the return from being filed online. See Special Cases and Exclusions for more information.

You can also print out a list of errors for easy reference.
