User Details
You can open the User Details window in Control Centre. From the Tools menu, choose User List. The Staff Lookup window appears. Double-click a user to open the User Details Window.
Use this window to enter details of a new member of staff to the system or to edit the details of an existing member of staff. If you are adding a member of staff you will be asked for the Administrator password before you can begin. If you are editing existing details you will be asked for the Administrator password before you can save any changes.
