Set the Password for a Client
- Open the client's Main Details form. How?
- Click on the Security tab to open the Security page.

Select the Password protect data with password check box and type the password in the box to the right.
Note: If the client's data is password protected then that client will be automatically excluded from Sage Taxation Reports.
- Click the OK button.

You must retype the password to confirm it in the Confirm Password window. Re-enter the password and click the OK button.
Note: If you change your mind about assigning a password to the client and you select the Cancel button, the original password that you entered on the Security page is deleted.
Any user who wishes to access the client's data in future will be required to enter the password that you have set.
