Enter the company's type and description

Select what type of company the new company is from the options box:

  • Limited
  • PLC
  • Investment
  • Club
  • Trust
  • Charity
  • Close Investment
  • Other

This defaults to the Company Type that you select. You can only change the Description by changing the Company Type. You must enter a description if you choose Other as the company type.
