Error heavy load

Occasionally you may receive a heavy load error. This can happen when trying to access Sage Business Cloud or navigating between screens.

This is temporary. As soon as we identify a heavy load message, we’ll work to resolve this as a matter of priority. In the meantime, we recommend you wait at least 30 minutes then try to access your service again. Occasionally, this may take more than 30 minutes whilst we investigate and resolve the issue.
