Save a Report as PDF
To save a report in PDF format, highlight the required report in the list. If you wish to preview the report before saving, click Preview. You should then close the report window, and click Save as PDF. The Save as PDF window will then be displayed, defaulting to the location configured in PDF Settings and the default filename. You may amend the save location and filename as required.
Click Save to save the report.
When you open the saved PDF version of the report, Adobe Reader will open to display the document. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed, you can find the installation on the Sage Taxation installation CD in the Support > Acroread folder.
