Complete the Create New Letter Wizard for Letter Types Created for Use with a Different Word Processor
The Create New Letter wizard will guide you through the process of creating a new letter type.
- Select the Next> button on the first page of the wizard.
- Indicate which client types this letter type will apply to by ticking the appropriate boxes. You must tick at least one box. Select the Next button to continue.
- Enter a unique name for this letter type. A list of existing letter types is displayed. Select the Next> button to continue.
- Select the fields that you wish to include in letters of this type by ticking the appropriate boxes. You will only be able to insert the fields that you select here into the letter template. You must select at least two fields. Select the Next> button to continue.
- Select the Finish button to complete the wizard.
