What is an Analysis?
An Analysis is a way of analysing and grouping together clients in Control Centre. There are two stages in the creation of an Analysis category:
You create an Analysis category and assign it to your clients via the Add Analysis Wizard...
then you fill in the details for a client that it has been assigned to using the Analysis form.
Example
You could create the new Analysis category Geographical location, with the values North, Midlands and South, and apply it to all clients who are Individuals. Mr. Paul Barton, an individual, now has the Analysis category Geographical location available. You choose Midlands to be the value that applies to him because his office is located there.
The completed analysis category can then be used in the creation of Letters and Reports or as a way of differentiating between the clients.
