What is an Address?
An Address in Control Centre is the same as any normal address e.g. your home address or the address of a Bank. There are two stages in the creation of an Address:
You create an Address type and assign it to your clients via the Add New Address Type Wizard…
then you fill in the details for any client that it has been assigned to using the Address form.
Example
You could create the Address type Banks/Building Societies and apply it to all clients who are Individuals. You choose to assign it Accounts details. Mr. Paul Barton, an individual, now has the Address type Banks/Building Societies available. You enter the name, address and postcode of his bank on the Address page of the Add Address form, and the account and contact details on the Accounts Details page.
The completed Address can then be used in the creation of Letters and Reports or as a contact for the client.
