Messaging Administrator Pop-up Menu

To open the ELS Messaging Administrator pop-up menu, click the menu mouse button anywhere on the Messaging Administrator window.

The pop-up menu contains the following options:

• Progress - Opens a sub-menu containing the following options:
• New
• In Progress
• Deferred
• Completed

 

Select one of these options to set the progress of the selected message.

• Status - Opens a sub-menu containing the following options:
• Purge - Permanently deletes all messages which have already been deleted by an individual user.
• Refresh - Updates the view so that any recently received messages will be displayed.
