The Fields page of the Properties window shows you which fields of information are included in this letter type.

The Fields page contains a list of all items of clients' data that can be included in a letter. If the letter type is a System letter, the fields that are included in the letter are simply listed.

If the letter type is a User letter, all fields are listed and a tick box appears next to each.

If the box is ticked, the field will be used in the letter. You can change which fields are included by ticking or unticking the appropriate boxes. A minimum of two fields must be selected.

Select All - Ticks the box next to every field, including all fields in the letter.

Clear All - Unticks the box next to every field, removing all fields from the letter.
