Cut - Makes a copy of the highlighted text in the Clipboard.

Copy - Cuts the highlighted text and puts it in the Clipboard.

Paste - Pastes whatever is currently in the Clipboard. It is either inserted to where the text cursor is or it replaces any text that is currently highlighted.

Undo - Reverts back to the state Control Centre was in before you entered the most recent piece of data

Delete Category - If you have a custom created category (one that you have created yourself) and this is selected, choosing this option will delete the category. System categories cannot be deleted.

Delete - If you have created items such as file notes, or items within categories, then choosing this option will delete any items that are currently highlighted.
