Assigning File notes to clients
Choose this icon from the available options in the Client Attributes section of the Client Navigator. A window appears which has a single page.
File note type - Select one File note type from the options in the drop-down list. These are the File Note types that have been created using the Add New File Note Wizard which apply to the currently selected client.
Client - Displays the name of the current client. This is the client with whom this file note will be associated.
Applicable from/to - You can enter when the File note is applicable from and when it is applicable to.
Note: Only one instance of a File note type can exist at any given time for a client. You could not have one File note which exists from 01/01/1996 - 12/12/1996 and another of the same type which exists from 04/04/1996 - 07/07/1996.
File note - Enter the content of the File note in the memo box.
