Standard (Comparative) format

Preview an ADQ for a selected client by highlighting the client and clicking the Preview Single button in the Selected ADQ Clients window.

The buttons on the toolbar have the following functions:

- Prints the ADQ.

- Moves to the beginning of the ADQ.

- Moves to the previous page of the ADQ.

- Moves to the next page of the ADQ.

- Moves to the end of the ADQ.

- Closes the Preview window and returns to the Selected ADQ Clients screen.

The Preview window menu bar contains the following options:

File Menu

  • Printer Set Up - Opens the standard Windows Print window, which allows you to configure your printer, select which parts of the ADQ to print and choose how many copies you need.
  • Print - Prints one copy of the report.
  • Close - Closes the Preview window and returns to the Selected ADQ Clients screen.

View Menu

  • First Page - Moves to the beginning of the ADQ
  • Previous Page - Moves to the previous page of the ADQ.
  • Next Page - Moves to the next page of the ADQ.
  • Last Page - Moves to the end of the ADQ.
  • Zoom Report :
  • Increase - Zooms into the ADQ little by little.
  • Decrease - Zooms out of the ADQ little by little.
  • Zoom to 100% - Displays the ADQ on-screen at 100% of its actual size.
  • Page Width - Resizes the ADQ on-screen so that the entire width of a page can be seen on the Preview window.
  • Full Page - Resizes the ADQ on-screen so that an entire page can be seen on the Preview window.
  • Toolbar - Displays the Preview window toolbar.
