ADQ Letter Templates
There are two types of letter available within the ADQ functionality.
ADQ Covering Letter - This is designed to accompany the Standard (Comparative) format ADQ. The letter includes mail merge functionality to allow any number of letters to be produced from a list using the client's name, address, reference number etc. The default template provided can be edited, but there are certain limitations around the mail merge functionality. ADQ as Letter (Text Based) format - This is designed as an alternative format of the ADQ itself. You select the sections for enquiry to be included in the same way as for the Standard format ADQ, and all sections have standard text that can be amended or updated as required.
