PDF Options

With one or more client names ticked, the Save as PDF button will become available. Clicking this button will open the PDF Options window.

Within this window you may choose the folder that the PDF files should be saved to. If you have selected more than one client, then a separate PDF file will be created for each client. The filenames will use the following format:

Client Code - Tax Year - ADQ.pdf  

For example, an ADQ produced for 2004 for a client with the code ABC100 would appear as:

ABC100 - 2004 - ADQ.pdf

If you have previously created an ADQ for the current tax year for any of the clients selected, and saved them as PDFs, then a file with that name will already exist. The window that appears when you choose to save gives you the option to Overwrite existing files without prompting. If this option is ticked, then any files currently present in the selected location, that have the same filename as those about to be saved,  will automatically be overwritten. If this option is not ticked, then if files of the same name already exist in this location, the system will prompt you to choose whether to overwrite the existing file or not.

Click OK. A separate PDF file for each client selected will then be created.
