Manage your business account

After reading this topic you will know:

  • How to make basic changes to your business account.

What is your business account?

Your business account in Org Hub is where you'll find the following options:

  • Basic address and contact information for your practice.

  • The subscriptions your practice have purchased for use with your practice.

Change your business details

  1. From the navigation bar, select Manage business account.

    The Manage business account option can be found on the main naviagtion bar

  2. Select Business details, make your changes, then select Save.

If you want to change the billing address associated with your account, please contact us.

Change your business name

Only the subscription owner can change the business name. Other users will not be able to change this name.

Changes to billing details

If you want to change your details that relate to billing, such as your business name, email address, or billing address, please contact us.

View your practice subscriptions

Just like your clients, your practice will have subscriptions.

To see these subscriptions:

  1. From the navigation bar, select your business name, then Manage business account.

  2. Select Business subscriptions.
